Imagine Your Beginning

a study in time, of moments, of situations, each growing you into you, who you are today

what would you change in this study of you, of time, of moments, of this life in this now

would you keep you, as you were, as you are, knowing, time built you, this you today

I smile with this thought

I believe we think we would like do-overs yet wondering if

a do-over then

would bring me to now

to see this version, this study of me

would I be me today if I chose a do-over of yesterday

I like me today

I love me today

I accept all of me I see in this study of time

my smile deepens when I remember yesterday, each moment in time

this is my strength

this is my knowing

I survived

all of my moments

I am my own witness to my acomplishments, my joy, my great loves

no

for me I wish not for a do-over

I celebrate each part of me, each hidden gem of time only I can see

warrior blood flows within, wings outstretched I fly

I am who I am supposed to be today embracing all that I am

in gratitude, I say thank you
