fear jumps ahead in line

daring to say

I am here

words are my medicine

words heal my fear

when fear jumps in front of me

compassion asks

why are you here

now

your visit was long ago

this is not

then

compassion asks in love

firmly saying

speak and leave

fear screams

how dare you

I am real I am fear

a smile fills compassion

you are what I feed you

you are what I make you

love is real

fear is pain rising

asking for release

speak sweet fear

I am listening

I am the healer you seek

fear is unsettled

I only wanted your attention

to hide you from pain

compassion embraces pain

holding fear in love

thank you for being here

we are one you and I

we heal together

love is everything we need

be still

relax

let go

this is not then

we are not there

there is past

settle and see

there is nothing to fear

together we are one

I got you my friend

this is life

maneuvering through moments

fear cried letting go

compassion held close

all of me in this moment

do not deny fear its place, listen feel let go, fear is not your enemy
